Job Description
The role holder takes care and oversees all administrative tasks related to Government Relations requirements for GCC visas, immigration & Embassy Visa working.
Visa Protector working.
Attend to employees’ queries regarding visa and related processes.
Organize and collect documentation for work visas for traveling staff.
Observe confidentiality of employee and sensitive information.
Establish good relationship with government departments in GCC.
Coordinate with Consulate, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Chamber of Commerce for documentation.
License renewal (Business/Commercial/Professional/Industrial), New/Renewal of membership certificate.
Prepare and submit all documents to Ministries and authorities without external service provider.
Manage PRO Department, maintain client database, records, and mailing lists.
Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
