As the Group Director, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, controlling costs, and providing accurate financial reporting to ensure the financial success of each project. Additionally, you will foster a positive team environment, promote effective communication among all project stakeholders, and lead a cross-functional team of construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forge strong partnerships with clients, architects, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals, guaranteeing full compliance with legal requirements, codes, and regulations during project execution.
• Lead a cross-functional team of construction professionals, such as engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to coordinate project tasks, prioritize safety, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Establish and oversee project timetables, rigorously oversee advancements, and swiftly resolve any construction-related hindrances or setbacks, all while keeping stakeholders well-informed.
• Take charge of project scheduling, vigilantly track progress, and promptly tackle any construction-related hurdles or delays, all while ensuring stakeholders are kept abreast of developments.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for collaborating with diverse teams of engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget.
• A deep comprehension of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations is paramount for an effective Civil Construction Project Manager.
