Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Group Director of Employee Advocacy. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our employee advocacy program, ensuring that our employees are engaged and empowered to represent our brand.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to foster employee advocacy, creating training programs to educate employees on brand messaging and values, and working closely with various departments to align employee advocacy efforts with overall business objectives.
As the Group Director of Employee Advocacy, you will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of the program and making recommendations for improvement. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and enhance our brand reputation.
