Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Group Head of Administration to oversee and manage administrative operations across our 65 offices in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the administrative team.
  • Oversee office facilities management.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Develop and manage the administration department budget.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the administrative team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Establish efficient records management systems.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of administration experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
