Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research new software categories with growth potential. Develop a strategy for entering these markets and executing them.
- Create and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy to attract potential software buyers. This includes using digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and manage a lead nurturing process to engage and educate potential buyers, guiding them through the software discovery journey.
- Implement strategies to convert leads into active buyers. This may include A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and support the overall growth strategy.
- Regularly analyze and report on key performance indicators to track lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. LUMS or Foreign Graduates preferred.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in growth marketing, business development, or related roles within the software or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and growth strategies.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on results.
- Knowledge of the software industry and its various categories is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with software review platforms and recommendation systems is a plus.
