Job Description
We are seeking a Channel Operations Manager to drive business growth, franchisee satisfaction, and superior customer experiences across Lahore. The role requires competitive analysis of rivals’ strengths, weaknesses, pricing, and marketing; coaching underperforming franchisees and ensuring adherence to company policies; and presenting market intelligence and channel updates at monthly sales meetings.
- Manage daily Nayasavera stock and NSD inventory.
- Advise franchisees on company policies (ABS, special discounts, tours, YEI) and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate annual branding initiatives with brand managers and vendors and provide on‑ground support to maximize sales and operational excellence.
