Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is currently seeking a qualified Guest House Operations Manager to join our team in Kabir Wala. This is a permanent, full-time position within the FMCG & Hospitality industry.
Salary Range: Rs140,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee room allocation and check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring quality and planning.
- Supervise security for guest safety and property protection.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the guest house.
- Handle guest relations and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- 4 years of experience in hotel operations (Required)
