Job Description
Faletti’s Grand Hotel Multan is seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Relation Officer. In this role, you will manage reservations, ensure guest satisfaction, and address any complaints or concerns. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, assisting distinguished visitors, preparing welcome materials, promoting hotel services, and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, 2+ years experience in guest relations, outstanding communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. This position is open only to female candidates.
