Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is looking for a dedicated Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to be the primary contact for our guests, ensuring they have exceptional experiences. As a GRO, your core responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, providing detailed information about our products and services, managing check-ins and bookings, resolving complaints, and fostering positive relationships. You’ll also coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality is preferred, along with prior experience in guest services and strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs20,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month | On-site location.
