Job Description
Fun City is on the lookout for a dedicated Guest Relations Officer to enhance our customer experience. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and Fun City, showcasing our products and addressing inquiries. Key responsibilities include utilizing CRM software to track leads, reporting weekly sales goals to the Centre Manager, and maintaining contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. A courteous and friendly demeanor is essential for success in this position.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales.
Key skills include SEO knowledge, proficiency in media editing software, and strong communication abilities.
