Qualifications:
- Guest Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Service skills
- Effective Communication and Receptionist Duties
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Customer-facing experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
