Job Description
Hot N Spicy Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and personable Guest Relations Officer to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
- Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival.
- Assisting guests with their reservations and any special requests.
- Handling inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinating effectively with the service and kitchen teams.
- Maintaining a well-organized reservation system.
