Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Relations Officer located in Centaurus Mall. As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, managing communication with guests, and handling receptionist duties to create a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in handling receptionist duties
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
