Job Description
Are you committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences? Ramada by Wyndham Islamabad is looking for a passionate Guest Service Officer (GSO) to enhance our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for:
- Guest Interaction: Actively engage with guests to guarantee their satisfaction and comfort.
- Front Desk Operations: Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, along with addressing guest inquiries.
- Guest Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with guests and respond to their needs effectively.
- Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at Rs45,00.00 per month
