Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Officer at The 108 Hotel. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, including customer service, communication, and receptionist duties. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating room assignments, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Guest Service, Guest Services, and Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as answering phones and greeting guests
- Familiarity with hotel software programs, such as Opera or Fidelio
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels
- Fluency in English and Urdu
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management is preferred but not required
