Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sādiqābād for a Guest Services Specialist at Meta Achiever. As a Guest Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting guests, answering inquiries, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, resolving issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or guest-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
