Job Description
· Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of HPE and Dell server hardware.
· Conduct routine hardware checks and replace faulty components as needed.
· Collaborate with Principals for hardware warranty support and RMA processes.
· Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.
· Implement and manage virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
· Troubleshoot and resolve server-related incidents and problems.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 3 – 4 years of experience as a Server Support Engineer with a focus on HPE and Dell servers.
· Certifications such as HPE ASE, Dell EMC Proven Professional, or equivalent.
· Strong knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, and virtualization technologies.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
