Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Head Chef at Divine Foods and Hospitality located in Gilgit. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and team management. They will ensure the highest quality of food production, maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, and collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new culinary concepts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to create and execute menus that meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
- Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
- Food safety and hygiene certification
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or hotel is a plus
