Qualification/Experience:-

Matric with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:-

• Good knowledge, skills, abilities, and competency
• Excellent knowledge, skills, abilities, and competency
• Culinary training and requisite certification
• Adv culinary training and requisite certification

Key Responsibilities:-

• Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other related activities.
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc).
• Cook food using various utensils or grillers.
• Check food while cooking to stir or turn.
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
• Ensure proper storage of all food and items.
• Check the quality of ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed.
