- Ensure nursing staff comply with IHHN policies.
- Review department policies and recommend revisions.
- Report incidents to senior management.
- Monitor medication and store consumption.
- Assign duties and make duty roster to avoid overtime.
- Implement Ward Teaching Program and staff development.
- Counsel and guide nursing staff.
- Round regularly with special visitors.
- Coordinate with departments for efficient ward operations.
- Ensure proper patient handover and inventory.
- Supervise nursing activities and patient care.
- Monitor documentation and patient conditions.
- Oversee hygiene care, medication administration, vital signs, and more.
