Job Description
- Ensure all nursing staff supervised comply with TIH policies.
- Review and recommend revisions to department policies and job descriptions.
- Report incidents to senior management.
- Monitor medication and store consumption.
- Assign staff duties and manage roster effectively.
- Implement Ward Teaching Program for staff development.
- Counsel and guide nursing staff; conduct regular rounds.
- Coordinate with other departments for efficient ward operations.
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain patient care standards and ensure proper documentation.
