Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting excellence and collaboration.
- Manage financial operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial report preparation following US GAAP.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses for decision-making.
- Implement internal controls for efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Drive process improvements for streamlined workflows and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring accounting teams.
