Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual for the position of Head of Applications and ERP to join our team.
As the Head of Applications and ERP, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s applications and ERP systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation and optimized performance of these systems across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Applications and ERP team in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify their specific software needs and provide effective solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of ERP modules, ensuring integration and compatibility with existing systems.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain data security and system integrity.
- Monitor the performance of applications and ERP systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in applications development and ERP systems management.
- Strong technical knowledge of programming languages, databases, and system architecture.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
