Position Purpose
This role involves leading the prospecting team to drive business growth, set strategic goals, analyze market trends, and ensure effective coordination.
Job Description
– Oversee the prospecting team.
– Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities.
– Develop marketing materials and coordinate logistics.
– Maintain prospecting database and establish KPIs.
– Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
– Prepare reports and presentations.
Experience and Qualification
– MBA/BBA in Marketing.
– 10+ years of B2B sales experience in offshore services industries.
Specific Requirements
– Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
– Financial literacy and strong communication skills.
