Job Description
As the Head of Business Development at Topaz Group of Companies, you will drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and managing key stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute business development strategies.
- Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, & mentor a high-performing team.
- Conduct market analysis & collaborate cross-functionally.
- Manage business development budget & financial analysis.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years in business development & sales leadership.
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
