Job Description
We are hiring for the role of Head of Business Operations in Islamabad (on-site) for one of our clients.
Role Description
The Head of Business Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of business operations, including operations management, business planning, financial management, and analytical skills. This role will be based in Islamabad.
- Overall management of the region ensuring an efficient and energetic approach to business with maximum quality and service for the organization.
- Develop and optimize mechanisms for regional activities by monitoring and measuring operations, processes, and outcomes, and communicating feedback to the relevant internal entities.
- Developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets.
- Monitoring and improving operational efficiency; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Managing and leading a team of Team Leads and employees, while providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Business Operations and Operations Management.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience in business planning and financial management.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in Manufacturing industry is a plus.
