Job Description
Head of Customer Success & Support
1- Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests.
Provide timely and effective resolution to customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
2- Customer Success:
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs.
Collaborate with customers to develop and implement success plans tailored to their objectives.
Proactively monitor customer health and engagement, taking necessary actions to drive success and mitigate risks.
4- Upselling:
Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize upsell opportunities and increase revenue.
5- Failed Payments:
Monitor and manage failed payments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on customer experience.
Work closely with finance and billing teams to address payment issues and prevent recurrence.
6- Customer Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Provide guidance and support to customers during the implementation and setup phases.
Gather feedback from customers to continually improve the onboarding experience.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Computer Sciences
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or account management.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Experience with CRM software, HubSoft.
Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Experience: Minimum 5 years
