Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Data Science & CVM Analytics. This key role will be responsible for leading our data science and customer value management (CVM) analytics initiatives.
As the Head of Data Science, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. This includes developing and implementing data science strategies, leading a team of data scientists, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
In addition, you will oversee CVM analytics, utilizing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer engagement, loyalty, and profitability. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop data-driven strategies and tactics for customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in data science, analytics, and customer relationship management. You should be proficient in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques. Additionally, you should possess excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
