Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Media Production, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in managing digital education projects
- Proficiency in blended learning content creation and deployment
- Strong leadership skills to manage a multidisciplinary team, including designers and engineers
Responsibilities:
- Oversee digital studio setup and team operations
- Plan and implement production workflows for training videos
- Ensure content aligns with educational goals
- Lead staff development through internal capacity-building initiatives
Job Type: 12-Month Contract
