Job Description
About the Role:
The Head of E&I oversees electrical and instrumentation systems at the plant. Responsibilities include strategic planning, maintenance scheduling, budget management, and technical oversight for optimal equipment performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage E&I systems.
- Participate in strategic meetings.
- Schedule maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Review departmental budget.
- Plan maintenance improvements.
- Inspect technical details post-maintenance.
- Ensure plant operations run smoothly.
- Prepare maintenance strategy.
- Resolve daily E&I issues.
Requirements:
- B.E in Electronics with 12 years experience.
- Team leadership experience.
