Job Description
Position Title: Head of Engineering
Location: Karachi
Position Summary: Potential resource will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the engineering domain. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure the highest quality in our packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical direction to multidisciplinary teams, manage projects, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet business objectives. Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of packaging engineering are essential for success in this role.
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Required Experience:
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in overseeing maintenance for machinery and utilities (Experience with projects will be a plus).
- Must be working at Head / Senior Manager or above level for the last 3-4 years.
