Job Description
DESCRIPTION: As the Head of Global Partnerships, you will lead strategic partnerships with high net worth individuals, donors, ambassadors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include major donor engagement, grant monitoring, and relationship management.
- Engage top donors and ambassadors
- Develop funding proposals and secure grants
- Acquire major donors and support TCF Core Group
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years in fundraising or partnership development with a track record of managing major donors and grants.
