Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the global sales strategy, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Lead and motivate the global sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in global sales leadership, preferably in the FinTech SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of the global HR landscape and market dynamics.
• Must have experience in managing sales teams in multiple regions.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to travel globally to meet clients, attend conferences, and build relationships.
