Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the global sales strategy, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the global sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in global sales leadership, preferably in the FinTech SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the global HR landscape and market dynamics.
- Must have experience in managing sales teams in multiple regions.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to travel globally to meet clients, attend conferences, and build relationships.
