Job Description
Nextech Packages is looking for a skilled Head of Gravure Operations to lead our gravure printing activities in Sahiwal. This full-time role encompasses planning, overseeing operations, ensuring quality assurance, and developing our team to enhance production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, schedule jobs, monitor machine productivity, and work closely with the Quality Control department.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a DAE or B.Tech/B.Sc in Industrial/Printing Technology, with 8-15 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs200,00.00 to Rs225,00.00.
