Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Growth & Marketing located in Lahore. The Head of Growth & Marketing will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies, with a focus on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through various online and offline channels. The Head of Growth & Marketing will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team, accountable for delivering on marketing goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in growth marketing or digital marketing roles
- Proven success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through online and offline channels
- Excellent understanding of SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and other key digital marketing strategies
- Experience in developing and leading high-performing marketing teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in utilizing data analytics tools to drive decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
