As the Head of Human Resources at HiredAbhi, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our organizational goals. Education, Experience & Skills:
- Required: MBA in HRM (CHRP preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in FMCG or Consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of industry HR practices, regulations, and challenges.
- Proven track record in driving organizational change initiatives for enhanced effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Implement policies to enhance workforce productivity.
- Attract, develop, and retain top executive talent.
- Enhance leadership satisfaction, well-being, and work-life balance.
- Drive high-impact change initiatives and development programs.
- Design and manage executive compensation and benefits programs.
