Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of IT Operations to manage our IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will excel in IT management, cybersecurity, and compliance, with a proven track record of leading teams and implementing effective IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
- Manage IT operations, including system setups, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and uphold compliance standards like ISO 27001.
- Administer IT applications and platforms, such as Microsoft 365, Intune, and telecommunication tools.
- Enhance cybersecurity measures and ensure data protection.
