Job Description
Grand City is in search of a highly skilled Head of Internal Audit to oversee our auditing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a customized internal audit plan, evaluating internal controls, and conducting audits across key operational functions. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive audit reports for senior management, assess lease agreements, identify operational inefficiencies, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and lead a talented audit team.
Applicants must possess a strong understanding of audit principles, risk management, and real estate operations. Exceptional analytical and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
