We are seeking a seasoned Head of Internal Audit to lead the internal audit function, strengthen controls, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. The role oversees the design and execution of the annual audit plan, the evaluation of internal controls and financial reporting, coordination with external auditors, and presentation of findings to executive management and the audit committee.

• 8+ years in internal audit or assurance
• Deep knowledge of auditing standards and regulations; CPA or CIA preferred
• Proven leadership in building high-performing teams, strong analytical ability, and clear communication to drive process improvements and support corporate governance
