Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Maintenance (Mechanical) to oversee mechanical maintenance at Novatex. Responsibilities include developing maintenance plans, leading a team, managing budgets, ensuring equipment functionality, and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance plans for equipment optimization.
- Lead a team of engineers & technicians.
- Manage maintenance budget efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure equipment functionality and compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis of failures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering.
- CMRP qualification preferred.
- 10-12 years experience in similar role.
- Proven track record in team leadership.
- Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
