Job Title: Head Of Marketing
Role Summary:
One of our prestige client from textile and fashion industry is seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing – Export to drive international sales for Denim, Non-Denim, and High-Value Added articles. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to achieve annual sales targets, expand sales channels outside Pakistan, and ensure excellent customer service. They will work closely with production teams to align marketing strategies and lead the marketing team with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet annual sales targets for Denim, Non-Denim, and High-Value Added articles.
- Expand and manage sales channels outside Pakistan.
- Enhance customer service processes to ensure high satisfaction.
- Work with production teams to align marketing strategies with production capabilities.
- Ensure excellent customer service across all channels.
- Guide and develop the marketing team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s/ BBA (Hons) preferably in Marketing from a well-reputed university.
- 10+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role in the apparel export industry.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong strategic and communication skills.
- Familiarity with garment production processes.
Salary Range: up-to 01 Million (PRs.)
