Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for one of our prestigious clients in the fintech sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and market research, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective product marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans for new product launches.
- Manage public relations efforts, corporate communications, and media relations to strengthen the company’s public image and reputation.
- Develop, manage, and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing and brand management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
