Role Description
As the Head of Merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our hosiery business. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in merchandising within the textile sector, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional products to our customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in merchandising, preferably within the Hosiery sector.
Proven track record of successful product development and market penetration.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the textile industry, including materials, processes, and market dynamics.
