Job Description
- Distribution Management, Dealing with Key Accounts, General Trade, Modern Trade, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring regional secondary sales targets of Merchandising and BAs
- Customized projects to improve business and ensure time-bound execution through the team.
- In/On stores merchandising, planning negotiating, and execution of in/on-store merchandising and shelf space.
- Team management and supervision.
- Utilization of POS material.
- Brand-building exercises through the team.
- Planning and execution of regional trade marketing activities to counter the competitors.
- Making different projects that enhance secondary sales.
- Checking the Daily Progress of BAs.
- Checking staff according to their schedule.
- Execution of Activities as per the needs of the Market.
