Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8-10+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the FMCG or cosmetic industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, product lifecycle management, and category management.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and omnichannel merchandising is highly desirable.
