A global restaurant chain is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Head of Operations. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s operations at a global level.
Your main duties will include ensuring the efficient functioning of all restaurant outlets, managing and training a large team of employees, implementing and monitoring operational policies and procedures, and driving improvements in customer service and profitability.
