Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and guide the operations team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Establish and enforce quality control standards for regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of senior operational management experience in the food industry.
- Experience in food chain is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, supply chain, logistics, and quality control knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
