Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Operations (FE) at Mars BPO in Islamabad. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, handling communication, and budgeting for projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate front-line teams
- Familiarity with methodologies such as lean, six sigma to drive improvements
- Proficient in using KPI’s to measure and analyze front end operation
- Strong Operations Management and Team Management skills
- Analytical Skills for strategic decision-making
- Strong Communication abilities
- Budgeting experience
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in the BPO industry
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operations management (ERP systems, data analysis tools)
- Understanding of Financial Management, budgeting, and cost control
