As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee all operations in our three hubs: Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.
About the role:
- Oversee all operational activities nationwide.
- Ensure smooth functioning of operations, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Lead and motivate the operations team, providing guidance and ensuring professional development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in ecommerce operations.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Experience in process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Can demonstrate delivery against robust KPIs and targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of supply chain management principles.
