Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Head of Operations in our Refinery Division. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the refinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize refinery performance
- Collaborating with other departments to establish production goals and objectives
- Managing and supervising refinery staff, including hiring and training new employees
- Monitoring production processes and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Analyzing operational data and preparing reports for management
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in refinery operations. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.
